Deep forest green of Glendevon

Glendevon

56.4123, -5.4891

A series of hydro-electric reservoirs nestled in the Ochil Hills of Perth & Kinross stocked with rainbow and brown trout for recreational fishing. This forms the upper reaches of the River Devon, the river once written about by Robert Burns, meanders southwards to Alloa before widening to become the River Forth. The dam can be accessed via a single track road with the town of Auchterarder and world-renowned Gleneagles estate nearby.

This muted yet warm colour scheme draws from the depth of green that can be found in coniferous Perthshire flora. The reflection of the forest in the still water provides a rich blackthat works perfectly for text and accents, particularly in print design.
